Help with Signing Up

To Sign Up:

1. Enter your first name and surname. To type in the boxes, click or tap on the boxes and then type.
2. Enter your email address in both boxes.
3. Choose a password and enter it in both boxes. It’s best to use a mixture of letters and numbers, but make sure it’s something you will remember.
4. Enter your sign-up code in both boxes. This is in the information you were sent when you were invited to take part in the study.

I can't find my sign up code

To sign up to the Active Brains study, you will need the information you were sent when you were invited to the study.

If you were invited by a letter sent from your GP, your sign up code will be on the ‘Getting Started Sheet’ included in that pack. It will be something like 1234X5678.

You will need to use capital letters when you enter your code on the sign-up page. You can do this by using the Caps Lock or Shift⇧ key on your keyboard.
